Not so beautiful

My experience had some setbacks. The room was a bit rough around the edges. I found some stains on the bedspread. the shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated from hot to cold without warning.

A Wonderful Surprise!

The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. I stayed in November this year and found the hotel staff very helpful. I asked for train schedules and it was provided promptly. They also stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues.

The gym and swimming pool required extra payment, unexpected.

Excellent stay!

The reception staff were friendly, they arranged transfers from the airport. The breakfast offered variety. I found sweet treats, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon and cheese. Breakfast staff kept everything clean, they replenished the food quickly. Cleaning staff gave extra towels when asked, they tidied my room daily.

The room lacked natural light, it felt slightly stuffy.

The fitness center provides equipment for various workouts, i saw treadmills and stationary bikes available for use. There is also a sauna, it offers a space for relaxation after exercise. An olympic-size pool is available for swimming.

The breakfast includes a selection of Italian pastries, i sampled various sweet options. A range of fruit, yogurts, and cereals were available, i also noticed breads. Hot options such as eggs and bacon are on offer.

the location was really great. it was close to the marina, restaurants, and shops. the parking lot was also a true highlight, it was right next doorwith additional peace of mind. we left our car there after check-out while we explored capri.

the beds were terrible. the pillows were also not very good. there was no air-conditioning in the fitness room and the pool was closed during the summer.
