Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located between the historic downtown center of Sorrento and the picturesque fishermen's village, offering easy access to both. The rooms lack windows but are kept clean with fresh towels daily. The service is welcoming and accommodating, while the dining options may become repetitive after a few days. Despite the challenging location with suitcases, the overall experience is pleasant and worth the value.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were quiet, bright, and spacious with 4 beds and a bathroom. They were large, very comfortable, and had plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. The service was exceptional - the staff was kind, nice, friendly, and super helpful. The location was tucked away off the main street, perfect for getting everywhere easily. The dining experience was adequate for a quick meal before a busy day exploring the coast. The hotel facilities were great too!
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, though the noise from upstairs was sometimes bothersome. It was a bit cramped for six people, but overall not bad for the price. The service was top-notch with helpful and attentive staff, going the extra mile to arrange trips and recommend great restaurants. The location was convenient for walking to the square and Marina Grande, offering superior access to key attractions in Sorrento. The dining options were limited and pricey, suggesting to look elsewhere for better value. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was perfect, close to both the beach and the center, but there were some annoyances due to the road layout. The rooms were tiny without windows, making it really hot inside. The service was excellent; the staff were attentive and helpful, making it feel more like a 4-star hotel. The dining options were great but quite expensive. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering excellent comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just steps away from the city center. The dining experience was simple but excellent. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is located at the end of Sorrento, making it very convenient with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although facing a wall which made them a bit dark. The service was exceptional, with the staff always willing to go the extra mile. The dining options were average and slightly expensive for the offerings.
The hostel felt more like a hotel, which was a nice surprise, but the room was a bit cramped with minimal storage space. The air-conditioning system outside was quite noisy. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, except for one cleaner. The location was quiet and tucked away but a bit far from transportation hubs. The dining was good but pricey for a hostel. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers very modern and spacious rooms, which are clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. The service provided is friendly and helpful, although there are some upselling tactics observed. Its central location makes it perfect for exploring the area easily, with convenient access to restaurants and shops. The dining options may not be the best value for money, but the overall experience is positive.
The hotel's rooms were very clean and well-equipped, offering a quiet and dark ambiance when shutters were closed at night. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was convenient, within easy reach of the old town and Piazza Tasso. However, the dining experience had limited vegan options and was a bit overpriced considering the quality of the food.
